Experts from the University of Minnesota has created a new unmanned aerial vehicle SUAV:Q, which is an aerodynamic wing. The wing is tested in and reported that the first tests were successful. The UAV can vertically take off and land like a helicopter.

The Apparatus consists of four parts which allow the drone to develop into a kind of box. After takeoff, the device straightens all four sections, turning into hovering over the surface of the wing.
