Let us for a moment imagine that scientists were able to send people to Mars. But what will they do there? Mars – not the most friendly planet for life. There at least there is no oxygen, not to mention cosmic radiation, which on Earth protects us atmosphere, and on Mars it is not. In fact, the question of how members of our species can survive in the hostile environment of distant worlds has long worried scientists. So, researchers believe that to survive in the harsh Martian environment, you can deep under the Martian ground.
